Binoculars:

• Are you seeing double images after your binoculars have been dropped? This means they require a collimation to align both optical tubes exactly. Collimation is a simple task, just bring in your binoculars for a quote.
• Have your non waterproof binoculars been dropped in water or been exposed to moisture? They will need to be dried internally to stop the growth of fungus on the optical surfaces.
  
• Fingerprints on the optics? Your binoculars will require a clean to stop the natural skin oils damaging the coatings.

Telescopes and Accessories:

All Optical and Mechanical repairs will require one of our staff members to investigate the unit in question. They will then be able to supply you with a quote to repair your unit.

Astro performs warranty repairs on every product we sell. If you believe you have a warranty repair claim, please contact Astro via phone, fax, a store, or email. Proof of purchase from Astro Optical Supplies will be required.
